In September 2024, the department of Industrial transport at the scientific and technical center «STU-ENGINEERING» (https://www.kstu.kz/nauchno-tehnicheskij-tsentr-promyshlennyj-transport/) completed the work under a business contract on the topic «Scientific and technical expertise for compliance with regulatory documents of the expert opinion on the beam (channel) of the triangle of the bogie model 18-9996 of freight railway cars», implemented under an agreement between the Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University and «SQEP» LLP.
During the work performed, physical, chemical and metallographic studies were successfully carried out (together with the staff of the engineering testing laboratory), and a scientific and technical examination was carried out with the issuance of an expert opinion.
The obtained results confirmed the high qualification of the employees of the scientific andtechnical center «STU-ENGINEERING» in the field of expert engineering services.
