- The quantitative composition of the board of directors of the non-profit joint-stock company «Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University» has been determined in the amount of 7 (seven) members.
- Saule Savetovna Sagintayeva – Chairman of the board – Rector of the company was elected to the board of directors of the NPJSC «Abylkas Saginov Karaganda technical university»
- The term of office of Saule Savetovna Sagintayeva expires with the term of office of the board of directors of the company.
