27.02.2024 – Nanotechnology and Metallurgy Department of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering held a Faculty Week, which was attended by schools No. 23, 93, 103 (total number – 15 people).
The meeting was held by senior lecturer of the department Aitbayev Nurlan Berikuly and Engineer of the NMD Abdrakhmanov Mirhat Suendikovich.
The applicants got acquainted with the laboratory of the NMD department, where they saw modern equipment and learned about the ongoing scientific research, as well as listened to lectures by leading teachers of the NMD department on the educational programs “Metallurgy” and “Materials Science”.
During the meeting, the students received valuable information about engineering professions and training areas, tried themselves as engineers, participated in master classes, talked with teachers and students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.
