By order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 408 dated September 23, 2020 “On issues of the board of directors of some non-profit joint stock companies”, the composition of the Board of Directors of the non-profit limited company “Karaganda Technical University” was determined.
The following were elected to the Board of Directors:
Daulenov Miras Mukhtarovich — Vice Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Zhaizhumanova Assemgul Abayevna — Chief Expert of the Office for Work with Non-State Legal Entities with State Participation of the Committee for State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Nukenov Abzal— Deputy Akim of the Karaganda region;
Mussin Sanat Kabidenovich – Head of the Department for Quality Assurance in Education of the Karaganda Region;
Danilov Alexander Sergeevich – Managing Partner of B2C consulting group, independent director;
Kenzhin Bolat Mauletovich – director of Karaganda Machine-Building Consortium LLP, independent director.
