21.10.22 senior teacher Usenbekov M.S. held a lecture on the discipline “The system of development of deposits in underground mining” for students of the group GD-20-2 in the conditions of the mine. Kostenko of the Coal Department of ArcelorMittal Temirtau JSC. The students visited two driving faces – the conveyor drift 47K1-Z and the ventilation drift 47K1-Z, carried out to prepare the future longwall 47K1-Z, as well as the 2nd eastern slope K1 to be paid off. Usenbekov M.S. spoke about the purpose of these mine workings, their section, about the equipment in the faces – roadheaders EBZ-200 and GPKS, drilling rigs SBG-1 and TURBO, belt conveyor 1L-80, belt loader 4PP, about their purpose and technical characteristics. At the same time, Usenbekov M.S. warned about the observance of security measures, about the technology of tunneling, ventilation of workings.
10/14/22 students of the group GD-20-1 visited the mine. Kostenko of the Coal Department of ArcelorMittal Temirtau JSC, accompanied by senior lecturer Zamaliev N.M. for conducting classes on the discipline “System of development of deposits in underground mining” In the mine, they arrived at the mining lava 47K3-Z by the cableway “Ferrit”. The lava was equipped with the Polish Glinik 10/25 complex and the FS-300 mining machine. From the longwall, the mined coal was transported along the FF31-8 scraper conveyor through the Glinik-800 loader to the Glinik-1200 crusher and then to the 2LKG-1000 belt conveyor of the conveyor drift. Zamaliev N.M. spoke about the purpose and characteristics of the equipment shown, about the technology of work and safety rules.
