About the summer scientific school
“Summer Science School” for students of secondary school No. 52
06.06.2022 in the academic building No. 5 of the Karaganda Technical University named after Abylkas Saginov in the direction of biotechnology, a meeting was held with students of secondary school No. 52.
The students listened to the lecture of the Candidate of Sciences. Biol. sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Chemical technology Derbush S.N. on the topic: “Fundamentals of biotechnology”. At the end of the lecture, a quiz was held.
The 4th-year student of gr. BT-18-5 Kanafina Damelia spoke, who told about her student life, about the advantages of studying under the educational program 6B05101 “Biotechnology”, shared information about her pre-graduate practice.
At the next stage of the meeting, students participated in laboratory work.
A tour of the laboratories of the scientific and educational complex “Bioengineering” was conducted.
Following the results of the meeting, the students were awarded certificates:
- for active participation;
- for creativity;
- for the best answer;
- for the scientific approach;
- the future biotechnologist.
The most active students were presented with memorable gifts: USB flash drives, a notebook, pens and baseball caps.
For her creative idea and active participation in the laboratory work, Kanafina Damelia, on her own behalf, presented the book by the author R. Fluxe “Ecological growth without harm to ecology”.
