April 18, 2022 on the basis of the Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gulilev hosted the XIV Republican Student Subject Olympiad in the specialty «Radio Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications» was held. A total of 23 participants from universities in Almaty, Nur-Sultan, Shymkent, Karaganda and other cities of Kazakhstan participated. 3rd year students from our department took part: Alimov T.K., Galimyanov I.R., Aliakpar A.M. As a result, a student of our department, group RET-19-2 Alimov Torekhan Kairatovich won the 3rd place among all participants. Since the winner was a student from the International University of Information Technologies, according to the rules, the next Olympiad in 2023 will be held on the basis of MUIT in Almaty. We wish our students not to stop there and continue the glorious traditions, taking prizes and thank our students who take an active part in the life of the department, glorifying us in other cities.
