Biography:
Mr.Rakhimov was born in Karaganda in the family of workers on December 31, 1967.
Citizenship: Republic of Kazakhstan
In 1992 Mr.Rakhimov graduated from the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute and was given a qualification “Construction Manufacturing Engineer”. Since September 1992 till September 1996 he had worked as an Assistant of the “Technology of Construction Materials and Products” Department of the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute. In 1992-1993 he carried out duties as a Manager of Students’ Construction Teams of the Construction Engineering Faculty of the KarPTI. Since 1996 he was a senior teacher of the same Department. Since 2001 till 2004 he was a Dean Deputy of the Short Study Term Faculty of the KSTU. Since 2002 he is an Associate Professor of the TCMP Department of the KSTU. In 2004 he was an executive secretary of the entrance examination of the KSTU. Since September 2004 he is the Head of “Technology of Construction Materials and Products” Department. In 2005 Mr.Rakhmov passed a theoretical study within the professional development program of the organizations authorized on checking the higher education quality with the subject “Systems of quality management by ST RK ISO series 9000:2001” and “Internal audit SMK”.
In January of 2001 he defended the Ph.D.thesis with the subject “Technology and properties of vibrocompressed paving elements based on the modified fine grained concrete”. In June of 2008 the KKASON (the Attestation Control Committee in the field of Education and Science) gave Mr.Rakhimov the academic status of the Associate Professor with the major in 05.23.00 “Construction”. Scientific research area – technology of modified concrete products.
In 2008 Mr.Rakhimov has been awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Akim of Oktyabrsky District of Karaganda city for his life achievements in teaching-educational, scientific-methodological, and scientific-research work.
