In the period from 28.10.19 to 06.12.19 , senior teachers of the Department
Gomarova B. M. and Suindikov E. T. passed in the framework of JSC «national center for advanced training» refresher courses for teaching staff of universities on the topic: «Improving the professional competence of the teaching staff of higher educational institutions in the conditions of translation of the alphabet of the Kazakh language into Latin graphics». According to the program of professional development of teachers of pedagogical specialties of universities the following work was carried out:
– From October 28 to November 8 online (distance learning).
– From November 11 to December 6, there was a full-time stage, classroom sessions (full-time trainings), independent work, including portfolio preparation. The training was held in Kazguu them.M. Narikbaeva.
The team consisted of teachers of universities of Karaganda region, in particular, teachers of Karaganda state technical University, Zhezkazgan University.O. A. Baikonurov and Karaganda industrial University. In the last days of the Online stage, one teacher of the North Kazakhstan state University joined our group.Named After M. Kozybayev. Coach groups-Minasova Umit Amandykova.
Refresher courses were conducted in 5 modules:
Module 1- «legal and regulatory module»;
Module 2 – «psychological and pedagogical module»;
Module 3 – «technology module»;
Module 4 – «content module»;
Module 5 – «variable module».
In each module theoretical knowledge was given, ways of their correct use in practice were mastered.
The following goals were set for the students: mastering modern teaching technologies, exchange of experience, the ability to use it in the teaching process. In the implementation of this goal, the following tasks were performed: improving the skills of modeling and designing professional activities in training, scientific research, mastering information flows.
The lessons were informative, interesting, with the inclusion of game forms. The group form of management was maintained throughout the course, but for communicative communication and diversity, from time to time the group members moved to others, which contributed to the cohesion of the team.
And also our team participated in public events in particular in a friendly meeting with teams of other universities from different cities of Kazakhstan, which took place in the form of a review and small game competitions on the topic of transition to the Latin alphabet, with rebuses, riddles, flash mob.
In the campaign carried out by Kazguu volunteers for low-income families, choosing a large family with new year wishes, our group raised funds and bought everything they ordered. The delegation consisting of young representatives of our team with a volunteer together took the gifts and handed them to the addressee. Everyone was satisfied and happy.
