MASHAV courses -

he Embassy of Israel in the Republic of Kazakhstan presents its compliments and has the honor to inform that the Israeli Agency for the development of international cooperation under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel “MASHAV” from November 25 to December 14, 2018 in Israel holds an international training course in English on the topic: “New pedagogy of the 21st century – for teachers of higher education institutions”.

The course is intended for teachers and lecturers of higher educational institutions. To take part in the course, you need an appropriate higher education, professional experience and a high level of English.

MASHAV program covers the participants’ expenses for accommodation, meals, tuition fees, insurance for the course, business trips and transfer from/to the airport. Air travel to Israel and back is carried out by the participants themselves or by the sponsoring party of the participant.

MASHAV courses

Conditions of application:

One completed application form (must be completed on a computer in the language in which the chosen course is conducted, Russian or English) with a photo signed by the declaration (6th page of the application), filled in and signed by yourself medical form (on 7-8 pages of the application form);
Medical report on HIV antibody screening;
Copy of passport (page with photo);
A copy of the diploma of education (without applications) and certificates corresponding to the subject of the course (with translation, if the course is read in English, without notarization);
2 recommendation letters on the letterhead with the stamp and signature (from those whom you specify in the questionnaire) in English, if the chosen course is English);
A copy of the certificate confirming the level of language not lower than Upper Intermediate (if the certificate is not available, the knowledge of English will be confirmed through an interview).

After submission of the full documents, an interview with the Embassy staff (via video call) will be organized. The requirement does not apply to Russian language courses.

The age of candidates should be between 25 and 55 years. This requirement is strictly observed.

Please note that applications for participation will not be considered in the following cases:

Not all fields of the application are filled in;
There is no medical form or medical report on the examination of HIV antibodies;
Incomplete package of documents or their non-compliance with the requirements specified here.
All documents must be scanned as color images (in Word or PDF format) and sent to e-mail with one message, one file. Attention – limit on incoming messages! The message size should not exceed 5 MB!!!

Please note that for travel to Israel, the passport must be valid for at least 6 months before it expires.

The results of the selection will be notified in 20-25 days before the start of the course on e-mail only those candidates who will be accepted to participate in the program .
