Faculty of the Department of HM took part in the organization and holding of the 48th Republican Science and practical conference of schoolchildren of the Central Kazakhstan region in the 44 science and practical conference of Junior Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan on April 13-14, 2018.
Jury consisting of:

- Mustafina L.M. – PhD, Associate Professor,
- Zhurov V.V.-PhD, senior lecturer,
- Tumanov S.K. – Doctor of Engineering, Professor – Chairman,
- Shaihova G.S. – PhD, senior lecturer,
- Kassymova L.Zh. – senior lecturer, listened to 9 reports in Russian and 12 works in state language. According to the results of reports and protection of scientific works in Russian the prizes were distributed as follows:
1 place-Daria Kolesnikova-8th grade student,
2 place –Sofia Kostomarova-8th grade student,
3rd place-Viktoria Nafikova – 8th grade student. The nomination of the University was awarded to Nurmagambetova Dania – 8th grade student, Omarbekova Madina – 11th grade student. According to the results of reports and protection of scientific works in the state language prizes were distributed as follows:
1-place – Zholdassova Madina – 9th grade student,
2nd place – Shamshieva Anel – 10th grade student,
3rd place – Kenessov Daniar – 10th grade student,.
Nomination of the University was awarded to Sapar Marhaba – 9th grade student, Nygyzbayev Bekarys, Hayrulla Ernar-10th grade students.
