The Embassy of Israel in the Republic of Kazakhstan does obeisance and has the honour to report that the Israel Agency for International Development Cooperation under the Foreign Ministry of Israel MASHAV from 03 to 22 December 2017 holds international training course in English in Israel on theme “New pedagogy of the 21st century for teachers of higher educational institutions”.
The course is designed for teachers and lecturers of higher educational institutions. To participate in the course you need the appropriate degrees, professional experience and high level of English proficiency.
MASHAV programme covers the participants’ expenses for accommodation, meals, tuition, insurance during course work and excursions transfer from/to the airport. Flight to Israel and back is carried out by the participants or the sponsoring party of the participant.
Conditions of application for participation:
- Completed application form (must be filled on computer in the language of the program (Russian or English) with photo and signed declaration (6th page of application page) and personally signed medical form (7-8 pages of application form):
- Medical form to screening for antibodies to HIV;
- A Copy of passport (page with photo);
- A Copy of relevant highest academic degree certificate(without supplements) and certificates related to the theme of the course (with translation, if the course if held in English – without notary certification);
- 2 letters of recommendation on company letterhead with seal and signature (from those you specify in the application form) in English, if your chosen course is in English);
- A copy of the certificate, confirming the level of English not below Upper Intermediate level (if the certificate is missing, the knowledge of English will be confirmed by interview).
After submission of documents an interview with the employee of the Embassy (via a video call) will be organized. The requirement does not apply for Russian language courses.
The age of the candidates should be between 25 to 55 years. This requirement is strictly observed.
Also, please note that applications will not be considered in the following cases:
- All sections of the application form are not completed;
- There is no medical form or a medical report about the screening for antibodies to HIV;
- Incomplete documents or non-compliance to these requirements.
- All documents must be scanned as color images (in Word or PDF format) and emailed to one message in one file. Note — the limit on incoming messages! The message volume should not exceed 5 MB!!!
Please note that for the trip to Israel, the validity of the passport must be at least 6 months prior to its expiration.

The selection results will be notified in 20-25 days before the course by email only those candidates who will be accepted to participate in the programme.
