In order to create conditions for the participation of young citizens in the discussion of public problems, as well as the formation of a positive image of local executive bodies among young people with the support of the city akimat, the Youth Resource Center of the city of Karaganda together with NGO “For the Future” November 8, 2016 on the basis of Karaganda State Technical University Held a selection stage of the city action “Youth Self-Government Day”, which included writing an essay on the topic “How does self-government begin?”.
At this stage, students of higher educational institutions, technical and vocational education and students of secondary comprehensive schools of the city of Karaganda took part. The total coverage of the participants was 63 people.
