Kamarov Rymgali Kumashevich, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Professor
Was born on 14th March, 1949 in Ayaguz, Semipalatinsk region in a family of workers. In 1976 he graduated from Karaganda Polytechnic Institute with a specialization in “Construction of underground structures and mines” with assignment of qualification of “mining engineer-builder”. In 1980 – 1984 years studied in correspondence postgraduate study of KarPTI. Since 1976 – head of the laboratory, since 1982 – senior research fellow, since 1990 – teacher, since 1992 – senior lecturer, since 1998 – docent, from 2010 to present – professor of the department “Development of mineral deposits” named after A.S. Saginov. From April 2010 to present – Director of the Institute for Advanced Training.
On 14 May, 1992 defended his master’s dissertation on the topic “Development of methods for extermination sulfur-containing gases in the conduct of purification and preparatory work (in the case of the mines of the Karaganda basin).” The academic rank of docent in the specialty “Development of minerals” was assigned by the Higher Attestation Commission of the RK on June 21, 2002. Academic rank of Professor KSTU was assigned by the Academic Council of KSTU on March 2, 2010.
From 1994 to 1998 and 2009-2010 deputy of dean of the Mining Faculty of KarPTI. From 1998 – 2003 Chairman of the housing commission of the trade union committee of KarPTI. Since 2003 a member of commission of UNT and ISC in MES of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since 2009 to the present time he is the member of commission of MES of the Republic of Kazakhstan on controlling of higher education institutions on compliance with the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan about education and rules of licensing of educational activity and state certification commissions. From April 2010 to the present he is a member of the Academic Council of KSTU. Since 2014, a member of the Republic Scientific and Practical Center “textbook” of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the examination of textbooks. Since 2016, the chairman of the Disciplinary Council OF Mining Faculty of KSTU.
He is an author of more than 270 scientific and educational works, including 10 author’s certificates and patents, 12 scientific monographs, 6 textbooks with the stamp of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 20 textbooks, 1 brochure and 14 electronic training aids.
He has been awarded with the following breastplates: “Excellent inventor and rationalization of 1986” (1987), “Inventor of the USSR” (twice – 1989, 1990), holder of the title and sign “Best University Teacher 2012 “, KSTU “Eren enbegi ushin” (2013) , KSTU “60 years KSTU” (2013), “Miner’s Glory” III, II, I degrees (2013, 2014, 2015), KSTU “100 years to Academician A.S. Saginovu “(2015), the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan” Y. Altynsarin “(2016) and the Honorary Badge of the National Academy of Mining Sciences” Excellence in Mining Science “(2016), diplomas of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2007, 2009), Honorary Diploma of the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Lenin District Council of People’s Deputies of Karaganda (1987), charters of the rector of KSTU ( 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016). He is a laureate of the All-Union Prizes of the All-Union Society of Inventors and Innovators of USSR (1987).
