Graduate of KSTU is awarded a 3rd degree diploma of the international competition ‘Mitsubishi Electric Cup — 2016’
Graduate of the 1st course of Power engineering, Automation and Telecommunications Faculty of KSTU –Shishikin took 3rd place in the nomination ‘Best educational stand on the basis of Mitsubishi Electric equipment for the solution of applied problems’ in the creative competition ‘Mitsubishi Electric Cup — 2016’, held in Moscow. The graduate’s project ‘Development of SU with the stand of process machinery on the basis of the PPK MELSECL’ was prepared under the direction of the Head of Automation of production processes department, Ph.D., professor Breido I.V.
The ceremony of winners awarding of took place on 9 December in Moscow. Mitsubishi Electric company has held an international creative competition of application solutions based on own equipment for industrial automation ‘Mitsubishi Electric Cup — 2016’ from 1 June to 30 November 2016 in conjunction with leading universities of Russia and CIS countries.
The main aim of the competition is the development of engineering competence and encouragement of innovation and entrepreneurship among young professionals. The competition contributes to the development of the database application solutions for their further implementation and promotion, as well as the environment to create sustainable relationships between young engineers.
