The curriculum preparation
The curriculum is aimed at a new level of competitive specialists in modern methods of exploration and extraction of methane for its subsequent use in the industry.
It includes new disciplines that reflect the innovative technology in the field of exploration and production of methane from coal seams.
Working curricula of RUE on the agreement with the School of Applied Sciences Berlin (VSHPN), Kuzbass State Technical University (KuzGTU), the Russian State Oil and Gas named after IM University Gubkin.
Modular educational program on agreement with the School of Applied Sciences Berlin (VSHPN), Kuzbass State Technical University (KuzGTU), Russian State University of Oil and Gas named after IM Gubkin.
cadre
Training in the field of methane in the department of development of mineral deposits (RMPI), which is part of the mining faculty of Karaganda State Technical University. The department has a certain historical traditions, rich experience of training, a powerful material and technical base and highly qualified human resources.
Currently, faculty training in the direction of the Department of methane presented: 3rd doctor of technical sciences, professors, 8 th Ph.D., associate professor and the 1st PhD doctor.
The training program is developed on the basis of the experience rating of universities: Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas named after IM Gubkin (Russia), planned to carry out preparation of masters inviting professors of foreign scholars on the subject:
Oleg Jusko. PhD, Institute of Petroleum Engineering, Heriot-Watt University (Edinburgh, UK)
Mikhail Orlov – Ph.D., AIM TRIZ Technical University of Berlin (Germany)
Wexler Julian Abramovich – doctor of technical sciences, geomechanics project manager of the company «MARCO systemanalys und Entwicklung GmbH» (Germany)
This graduate training will be carried out on the basis of modern innovative technologies and methodologies.
The training “Exploration and production of methane from coal seams technology” within GPIIR-2 foreign scientists are willing to read a special discipline with an innovative emphasis on English and Russian languages in the field of methane, and also planned an internship abroad through internships and research.
For high-quality training of masters is supposed to improve the qualifications of teaching staff of the University in the foreign university. In 2015, Professor TK Isabek I attended a seminar Engineering Education for a Resilient Society (Italy), Drizhd NA attended a seminar “Prospects of development of modern technologies and development of unconventional hydrocarbon resources” (Moscow, Russia)
Educational and material base
The main scientific base of the department is – Laboratory of engineering profile “Integrated development of mineral raw material resources” in the direction of activities “Research of geomechanical condition of rock”, which is equipped with the latest equipment, devices and equipment.
Department in 2011 on a specialty “Mining” was won a grant for an international project Tempus T.E.R.S.I.D. “Technical education for the conservation of resources for the development of the industry”, which is funded by the European Commission.
