On February 4, 2016 in Alma-Ata city took sixth Winter Universiade RK. February 5 was the opening of the Universiade which was attended by the rector of KSTU, academician of NAS RK AM Gazaliev The Winter Universiade was attended by 34 high school Kazakhstan in 10 sports. KSTU team took part in the Winter Presidential all-around and took the 10th place among 21 teams. Our team was represented by coach representative Senior Lecturer KSTU Podkopaev PV S.P., the national judge of the highest category Mukhamedzhanov K.M.
