September 30, in the auditorium of the Main building of the University was held a meeting of the faculty and students of the University with Information group: representatives of the Department of justice, the Center for real estate in the Karaganda region, the chamber of notaries and regional Association of lawers.
The meeting was organized by the Department of justice of Karaganda region. The event aims to explain the main provisions of the message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Nurly Zhol – bolashakka Bastar Zhol”, the holding of the right of advocacy on issues within the competence of the judiciary. According to subclause 1) clause 2, article 19 of the Law RK “About the justice authorities” in the field of legal advocacy, the judicial agencies of the interagency coordination of the organization legal advocacy and participate in the explanation of the law.
