On July 2 Karaganda state technical University was visited by Andrey Ivanovich Rudskoy, rector of NRI St. Petersburg Polytechnic University of the Great Petr, a member-correspondent of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
SPbPU is one of the few of the leading technical universities of the Russian Federation, in which under the Presidential program “Bolashak” can study and improve the skills the citizens of Kazakhstan.
Rector of SPbPU met with the leadership of the region to discuss the prospects of cooperation in training and solving scientific and technical problems for the SPIID-2 together with the University, got acquainted with the educational and scientific activities of the University, and signed the Program of cooperation between the University and Students in the framework of training for SPIID-2.
During the meeting the participants were introduced to the welding Institute and the Department of metallurgy, materials science and nanotechnology, inspection of the Department of automation of production processes.
In the process of visiting the Department of app held remote communication with the rectors of Omsk state technical University and Moscow power engineering Institute in the framework of the project “Synergya”, as well as presentation of the best master’s theses of participants of the project, one presentation at the University on the Internet. Presentations and distance communication was done at the suggestion of A. I. Rudskoy.
In addition, the contract is signed about the internship of staff, undergraduates of the University and about invitations of the professors of SPbPU for implementation of training in relevant master’s degree for SPIID-2 on “Nanotechnologies in industry” and “Robotics. Management system” programs.
