On March 21, 2015 at the Faculty of information technology, Department of Information and computing system underwent a series of student hackathons (Idea-Lab.kz pre-Echelon meet-up) the purpose of which was to test ideas for business in the real world. In the hackathon were 5 teams from KSTU and KSU. The winning team wiil go to the next round.
