The Karaganda Technical University will defend doctoral dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy Orlov Alexey Sergeevich on the topic “Research and development of technology for smelting an aluminum-chromium-silicon alloy using Borlin high-ash coals as a reductant” in specialty 6D070900 – “Metallurgy”.

The work was carried out at the Department of Nanotechnology and Metallurgy of the Karaganda Technical University and in the laboratory of Ferroalloys and reduction processes at the Chemical and Metallurgical Institute named after Zh. Abishev.
