On February 18, 2020 an mentoring session was held with the students of group ST-18-1 in honor of the 175th anniversary of Abay Kunanbayev by a senior lecturer Amangeldina Gulsara Amangeldinovna, in the Department of Foreign Languages of Karaganda State Technical University. The lesson was attended by the head of the department of foreign languages Damira D. Jantasova, the teachers of the department, the manager of the deputy department of patriotic education and students of the university.

Elubaeva Aymereke began the mentoring session with the graceful dance . A video about the great poet, Abay, was shown. Various games on knowledge of verses of Abai were organized.

The students were reading the works that were dedicated to the great Abai.

“Words of edification” was given to students for analysis. An excerpt from the play “Abai-Togzhan” was presented by the students  where they managed to express the emotions and entered the image of young Abay and Togzhan. At the end some songs were sung together with the guests.

The mentoring session dedicated to the 175th anniversary of the great Abay Kunanbayev was held at a high level.
