- The powers of the Board of Directors of Non-profit Joint-stock Company Abylkas Saginov Karaganda Technical University were terminated ahead of schedule.
- The quantitative composition of the Board of Directors of the Company was determined in the amount of 7 persons.
- The Board of Directors of the Company was elected in the following composition:
