NJSC « Abylkas Saginov Karaganda technical university» announces the decision made by the ministry of science and higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the possession and use of which is a 100% stake in the company (Sole Shareholder) (order No. 355 dated July 26, 2023):
Introduce the following changes and additions to the charter of the non-profit joint-stock company «Abylkas Saginov Karaganda technical university»:
subparagraph 1) of paragraph 65 shall be amended as follows:
«1) election (appointment) on the basis of the recommendation of the Republican commission of the Chairman of the Management Board – Rector of the Company; »
paragraph 65 shall be supplemented with subparagraph 1-1) with the following content:
«1-1) determination of the term of office and early termination of powers of the Chairman of the Management Board – Rector of the Company; »
