Non-profit joint-stock company «Abylkas Saginov Karaganda technical university» announces the decision made by the ministry of science and higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Sole shareholder), in the possession and use of which is a 100% stake in the Company:
By order of the minister of science and higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 267 dated May 29, 2024.
- The annual financial statements of the non-profit joint-stock company «Abylkas Saginov Karaganda technical university» (hereinafter referred to as the company) for 2023 were approved.
- The company’s net income for 2023 in the amount of 743,989,001.00 tenge (seven hundred forty-three million nine hundred eight ten nine thousand one tenge 00 coin is left at the disposal of the company.
- It was determined that during 2023 there were no shareholder complaints regarding the actions of the company and its officials.
