NJSC «Abylkas Saginov Karaganda technical university» announces the decision made by the sole shareholder (the ministry of science and higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which owns and uses 100% of the company’s shares):
By order of the minister of science and higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 55 dated 02/09/2024 «On some issues of the board of directors of the non-profit joint-stock company Abylkas Saginov Karaganda technical university» (hereinafter referred to as the company):
– the powers of members of the board of directors of the non-profit joint-stock company « Abylkas Saginov Karaganda technical university» Ruslan Baglanovich Kaissabayev, Marat Kenessovich Ibatov were terminated ahead of schedule;
– the quantitative composition of the Board of directors of the company was determined in the amount of 6 (six) people;
– Darkhan Abdumazhitovich Apiyev, deputy director of the department of economics and finance of the ministry of science and higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was elected to the board of directors of the non-profit joint-stock company «Abylkas Saginov Karaganda technical university»;
– the term of office of Darkhan Abdumazhitovich Apiyev expires with the expiration of the term of office of the board of directors of the company as a whole.
